'BOUNDLESS OCEANS VAST SKIES' HORIZONTAL FINE ART PRINT
BOUNDLESS OCEANS VAST SKIES 'BOUNDLESS OCEANS VAST SKIES' was inspired by the ocean and conveys a sense of expansion, freedom, joy and possibilities. The design of the painting explores abstract expression of the leaping actions of the dolphins, the splashes of water, schools of fish dancing with the ocean currents, sun glare leaping on open sky. While living in Great Barrier Island for three months, I had the bliss of dolphins visiting and swimming with us and following our yacht during sailing trips. The amazing experiences inspires me to express the emotions of joy, energy, excitement and exuberance through fluid splashes and blooms, large vibrant colour shapes and free-flowing lines.
The painting became a commemorative club label for Kavalan Solist Vinho Barrique - World 's best Single Malt Whisky - 2015 World Whisky Awards. It was also chosen to exhibit at Artweek Auckland 2021 and Late Night Art 2022, and featured as the hero image on The Big Idea Website.
Printed by a professional fine art print house with archival pigment inks. The Paper prints are printed on 210 gsm premium matte paper. Frames are not included.
The canvas prints are printed on 450 GSM LYVE matte canvas with gallery wrap mirrored sides and are ready to hang.
