ORIGINAL FLORAL PAINTINGS

I have been passionate about painting flowers and exploring ways of expressing their forms and ethos. From spring 2020 to summer 2021 I created a series of realistic paintings that celebrate the heavenly springtime in New Zealand when the most exuberant and diverse blooms fill the land, the woods, the roadside, the parks, and the gardens with their splendour. Recently I’ve developed more of an expressive style to express freedom and life that’s swelling up from within me. For me flowers are metaphors for abundance and flourishing of the soul.
