FINDING THE MAGIC
Encountering the fireflies at five year old was a defining moment: nothing else can describe the awe, wonder and the massive impact it had on my little being. It opens up to me a whole universe of beauty and hints to me something bigger is out there than my ordinary existence worth searching for. I didn't have words or cognitive ability to describe the experience at five. But I believe it made me a seeker and a believer.
I love the luminance effect in this piece. It's like capturing the bioluminescence in the ocean or the glow worms in the caves, simply breathtaking and makes me want to cry.
